About Taurus Photography
My Story
Taurus Photography consists of myself, Kevin Ross. Born on May 16th, I have always resonated with my Taurus sign. My husband can vouch that I am indeed quite stubborn. I’m relatively new to the photography scene. It started as a simple hobby when my husband gifted me my first DSLR (Canon Rebel T7) as a Christmas gift during the 2020 Christmas lockdown. My in-laws helped feed my entry into photography by gifting a slightly overwhelming number of lenses for a beginner. My Father-in-Law, a seasoned photography hobbyist, took me under his wing, so to speak, and that was the beginning of it all.
Throughout the next few years, I have experimented on different styles. More recently, I have been delving into portrait photography and have begun acquiring the necessary equipment to make my own little home studio. Currently with my Canon 5D Mark IV, I am learning new things every day and I look forward to continuing to hone my photography skills.
